Tuna salad

This is a quick lunch to prepare if you have all the ingredients. It is fast, healthy and is a quick clean up. 
First, start by using canned tuna in water. Drain the tuna in a strainer and put into a bowl.


Next, measure the following ingredients: 
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise 
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon relish
1/4 cup diced onions
1/3 cup chopped, peeled apple

Finally, mix all together in your tuna bowl. You can eat them with club crackers, saltines, bread or croissant. I honestly eat the entire bowl for lunch and it feels me up until dinner.
